Midlands Performance and Academic Co-Op (MPAC) was developed to create an opportunity for students to continue growth in academic and athletic performance in a collaborative and social setting. The Academic Coordinator for MPAC will guide each student through their online studies while our Bodyshop X Sports Performance Coaches will structure training programs designed for sport performance. In addition to their online learning and sports performance programs, students will be engaged through MPAC Collaboration and MPAC Speakers.
MPAC Hybrid is designed to accommodate students who are participating in their districts hybrid learning. Students will meet on the days designated for remote learning.
MPAC Virtual is designed to accommodate students who choose to participate in an online only or home school style learning format.
MPAC Sports Peformance will work with students who play sports, or desire to maintain a level of fitness through our strength and conditioning or olympic style weightlifting programs.
