Our sport performance program is designed to increase physical conditioning, as well as improve speed, agility, strength, and overall athleticism. If your young athlete is in the off season, looking for an opportunity to improve at their sport, Bodyshop Athletics X Sport Performance Classes provide opportunity for each athlete learn about strength training, speed and agility, and overall conditioning!
*Team Training will be conducted out of our Lexington location!*
