Footwork Drills

  • Develop footwork, speed, and agility through various drills and accessory exercises

  • Improve stability and strength through a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises

  • Work on muscular imbalances to minimize risk of injury

  • Learn proper weightlifting technique and form (varies by athletic ability)

  • Develop proper running technique

  • Increase aerobic capacity; improving overall level of conditioning

  • Further develop chemistry with teammates
