Here at Bodyshop Athletics X, we take athletes through comprehensive sport performance programs. This gives them a healthy activity to do that will provide them with a competitive edge in their sport.
Athletes Can Expect to:
Footwork Drills
Develop footwork, speed, and agility through various drills and accessory exercises
Improve stability and strength through a variety of bodyweight and resistance exercises
Work on muscular imbalances to minimize risk of injury
Learn proper weightlifting technique and form (varies by athletic ability)
Develop proper running technique
Increase aerobic capacity; improving overall level of conditioning
Further develop chemistry with teammates
